Dr Miss Sharnee,
I am interested in applying for a job at the local stables here. My name is Danny O'Sullivan and I am almost nineteen, though I have been riding for most of my life and would call myself an experienced horseman.
I grew up on a stables in Ireland, on which my father, a professional rider, trained and kept his horses. Living around hot-blooded Thoroughbreds, I'd say I'm pretty confident around all horses, even the trouble-makers. My father taught me to ride and I specialise in hunting, though I have also competed in show jumping and dressage.
My ideal job would be as foreman, though I would be equally happy as a stable hand. I've been told I have good authority and confidence, around both horses and humans, and I'm very quick-thinking when it comes to practical matters. I also do not mind taking the occasional lesson in hunter-jumping, although I have often been described as too laid-back for a position as a riding instructor.
There is also another matter that I wish to inquire about. My younger sister and I have just recently arrived in the neighbourhood, and we were interested to know whether there was any available housing on the estate. If not we can easily lodge in the local town, though a house by the stables would be a little more convenient. I have no horses so that should prove no problem.
Thank you for your time,
Danny O'Sullivan

Dear Danny It sounds wonderful but at the current moment all those jobs are filled. There are no houses around for sale but you can rent a flat.. If you are interested at all, you can buy either the dressage or cross country stables. The dressage with a full sized olympic arena and many other facilities or the cross country stables with a long 3k track and a large paddock with hunter jumps. These are in reasonable price ranges I am sure you'll find acceptable. If you are interested please reply. Sharnee... [/center]
